"I was born in the industrial city of Bilbao June 1972 and started taking photographs concerned in my art from 1991,discovered by a teacher in Iowa, USA, ever since my work has been renewing and developing into a personal style that has allowed me to see the world from a personal window.

This series of New York are the begining of a retrospective that include travel and experiences with people and forms all around the places that I have visited. I try to give to the spectator a close and personal experience with the surroundings that I photograph by making them feel that they are there .

All these photographs are the newest of all dated in the winter of 2006. New York its the city of shock, the first you see it's the grandiosity of its architecture and then the strong personality of its individuals and both combined translates into a feel of pure energy,it's like being in the middle of nowhere but its the nowhere where everything happens ,and you can feel it happen around you. "
