The Island of Art website uses the Paypal service to ensure secure transactions. No personal or payment details are stored on the Island of Art web server.

When you are in the secure pages the "padlock" symbol indicating a secure site will be displayed prominently in the browser window.

If you are using Netscape Communicator, the locked padlock symbol will appear at the bottom left of the screen. Clicking on this symbol will display further security information.

Alternatively, if you are using Internet Explorer, the padlock symbol will display towards the bottom right hand side of the screen. Double-clicking on this symbol displays security information for the page.

Should we have sent you the wrong work of art, or if our carefully packaged work of art arrive at your destination damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

If you don't require replacement, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and we will refund the full amount of the returned items plus shipping costs as long as a receipt for the postage is enclosed with the goods. A Returns Form will accompany all consignments and we ask that you complete this form so that we can easily trace your original order.

Replacement of works of art is not always possible of course (for example in the case where a numbered limited edition has been damaged). In this case you are entitled for a full refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you prefer us to organise the return shipment, we will instruct our courier company to collect. We will notify you with the cost of this service, which will be deducted from the refund.
