November 16th 2003

Island of Art Ltd is delighted to announce the start of a series of exhibitions at the Garibaldi pub in the heart of the historic city of St Albans. The company is excited that the first artist to be featured is the famous French photographer Jean-Jacques Beltramo, who is exhibiting in the UK for the first time. A small sample from the artist's work, the "Traces Urbaines", is now on display in the restaurant area of the pub.

The exhibition, both enhances the eating area and gives viewers an opportunity to sample Beltramos' photographic interpretations of human traces left in the urban environment. Those interested in buying a photograph, which are all limited editions, can order one from the pub's staff.

Artists who would like to sell their works of art online and exhibit them on the island-of-art.com website and in the other exhibitions similar to the one at the Garibaldi pub, are invited to contact Island of Art Ltd.
