Island of Art Ltd is delighted to launch officially its website, www.island-of-art.com, at the Stables, Childwickbury, St Albans.

Guests include personalities such as The Right Worshipful the Mayor of the City and District of St Albans, Councillor Jenny Stroud, The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Alison Steer, the Chairman of the Hertfordshire Visual Arts Forum, Peter Osborne, The Managing Director of the Fine Art Trade Guild, Rosie Sumner and many other artists and businesses from the area and much further afield.

The exhibition includes artists such as Sandie Thoroughgood, Marcus Carter (both soon to appear on this site), Derek Bird, Stephanie Stewart, Ernest Bottomley, Mike Beddall, Jean-Jacques Beltramo and Christiane Kubrick.
